Each individual in Rallio has a User Account, which is comprised of the user’s first and last name, as well as the email address and password used to log in to Rallio. Passwords can be changed by the user from within Rallio.

From your User Profile

If you are already logged in to Rallio, your password can be changed from the User Dropdown menu in the top right-hand corner of Rallio:

From the Login Screen

If you don’t know your current password, you can request a password reset. From the login screen, click Forgot Password to have instructions for resetting your password emailed to you.
