Whether you are viewing analytics, updating your social imagery or scheduling content, you may need to create custom groups of profiles to manage these items. This is where the Account Lists come into play!


As a Hub Admin or Owner, you can create lists of profiles and hubs. Profile, or account, lists will be a custom grouping of individual profiles, whereas a Hub list allows you to group specific hubs together.


There are two ways to create and manage lists: through the Settings tab and in the Add/Edit Content section of the Hub database.

Handy for when you want to create and edit content lists on the fly, you can manage Profile and Hub lists from the Add/Edit Content tab of the Hub database.
 

 

In the Add/Edit Content screen, the scheduling options appear on the left-hand side of the page. Rallio will default to Manually Schedule, but Auto Schedule reveals extra options.


Under who can receive this content, click Create List to open the profile list manager.



To create a new list, enter a name for your list and use the green plus icons or red minus icons to add/subtract profiles from the list. Click Save when your updates are complete.


To edit an existing list, select the list from the My Lists dropdown and use the green plus icons or red minus icons to add/subtract profiles from the list. Click Save when your updates are complete.


If you manage Child Hubs, you’ll also see the option to create Hub lists. Click Create List and follow the same steps outlined above to create or edit Hub lists.


Remember: If you want to manually schedule your content instead of using the auto-schedule feature, be sure to click back on Manually Schedule once you’ve finished creating or editing your list.
