The Rallio Sandbox is a custom, filtered view of the Outbox that allows you to see Profile-generated content. Hub admins and owners can monitor all outgoing activity for the profiles that they manage. Profile admins can view content from their peers and choose to reuse posts based on performance or relevancy. Let’s take a closer look at the Sandbox.

Note: this feature is only available to Rallio users who are part of a hub structure.

Filtering the Sandbox

In the Sandbox, there are several filtering options available. These allow you to really drill down when looking for specific post details.

View relevant activity based on a specific date or date range.

The Platform filter will display activity that happens on the chosen social network (Facebook, Twitter, etc.).

Reply Type

Sorting by Reply Type will allow you to view a certain category of interaction. This makes it really easy to look at outgoing messages, comments, likes or posts if you want to focus on a particular area.

Filter the Sandbox feed to show only the highest performing Profile-generated content.

If you’re a Hub Owner or Admin, the Sandbox will default to show all activity coming in for all of your profile’s social platforms. To look at certain locations lists or child hubs, use the Location filter.

Post Performance

Just like the Outbox, you’ll also be able to track basic post engagement in the Sandbox. Curious how many likes a post received or how many times your content was retweeted? You’ll see basic engagement stats such as favorites, retweets, likes, comments, clicks and shares just below the post content.

Profile Admins: Reuse Top-Performing Posts

At the Profile level, either as a Profile Admin or Hub Admin/Owner, you’ll also be able to re-post any of the content in the Sandbox feed.

  1. Locate the post you’d like to reuse in the Sandbox
  2. Click Reuse

The post will open in the Create Post window, where you can update the content and schedule it for posting.
