Connecting Your Facebook Ad Account
A Facebook ad account must be connected to each profile from which you’d like to boost content. Ad accounts can be connected to multiple Rallio hubs, but it’s important to note that they are validated by user. This means that if multiple Rallio users have access to one hub, only the user who connected the ad account will be able to access it.

Not sure if you have an ad account? If you’ve ever advertised on Facebook, an ad account would have been created for you automatically. To learn more about ad accounts, please visit Facebook’s Advertiser Help Center.
Changing or Disconnecting Your Ad Account
You can change your ad account or revoke access at any time by going to Settings → Ad Account and selecting from the Disconnect or Change Account options.
Facebook Boost Billing
You’ll notice that when boosting content through Rallio, you won’t need to provide us with payment details. That’s because the budget that you set for your boost is passed through Rallio directly to your Facebook ad account. All funds spent during the campaign will be charged to the primary method of payment saved in your ad account.
Within your Facebook ad account manager, you’ll have the option to choose from a variety of payment methods. You must provide Facebook an accepted form of payment in order to boost content.
Can I connect multiple ad accounts to one profile?
Not at the moment, but we do have plans to add this feature down the road!
How do I change my primary billing method?
Facebook allows advertisers to choose from a variety of payment methods. You can always add, change or remove your payment method from your Facebook Ads Manager dashboard.
Can I advertise on other platforms such as Twitter?
Not yet! We will be integrating with other platforms in the future.
How does Facebook charge for boosted content?
