Measuring Page Performance

You’ll find a few different metrics in the page analytics, each meant to provide different insights into your overall pages’ performance on social media. For each metric, the page analytics are designed to track the total, the change over the specified date range (delta) and the account average. Here’s a quick breakdown:

  • Profile Views is all about how many users view your Facebook or Google pages.

  • Website Clicks shows how many users clicked the URL link to your website.

  • Phone Calls gives you the total number of calls that have been completed from your Facebook or Google pages.

  • Direction Requests tallies the number of users who got directions to your store from your Facebook or Google pages.

  • Button Clicks shows you an overall view of the actions taken on your page by clicking on prompts on your pages.



Sorting the Data

As you’re working with the Page Analytics, you might find it helpful to sort the table to easily view more relevant information. By default, the graph will show Profile Views. For other data like website clicks, phone calls, direction requests, or button clicks, click on the box you’d like to see. In the example below, we chose on Website Clicks.



Hovering over each box will show you the total number, your growth from the specified date range, the brand average, and your ranking.

Create Custom Reports Using Filters

Filters allow you to tailor the data provided by social platform or date. You can change your filters at any time while viewing analytics, and the new data will load right away.


If you find that you’d like to build other advanced reports, you are able to export all of the reporting data into a CSV file.

How often do analytics update?

Analytics are updated by social platform. Most metrics are reported in real-time, though you may notice a one- to two-hour delay for some stats.


Can I share a specific report link with another team member?

Yes! After you’ve updated your filters, just copy and paste the URL in your browser address bar. As long as your team members have the same access level as you or higher, they will be able to view the exact report you see.
