Whether an interaction came from your Rallio account or was posted directly to the social network, your Outbox will contain a comprehensive listing of all outgoing interactions for the connected social profiles. Let’s take a quick look at the Outbox.

Filtering the Outbox

In the Outbox, there are several filtering options available, which are described below.

 

- Date

View relevant activity based on a specific date or date range.

- Platform

The Platform filter will display activity on the chosen social network.

 

- Engagement

The Engagement filter displays various interactions with your social pages.

 

Post Performance

Curious how many likes a post received or how many times your content was retweeted? From the Outbox, you’ll be able to track basic post engagement metrics such as favorites, retweets, likes, reactions, comments, clicks and shares.




Deleting Published Content

Decide you don’t like it? You can delete content published to Facebook and Twitter directly from the Outbox. Just click the three dots in the upper right-hand corner of the post and choose Delete. Poof! It’s gone.




Direct Link to Post

Wanting to see the post directly on the social page but don’t want to scroll to find it? No problem! Just click the three dots in the upper right-hand corner of the post and choose Link to Post. It’ll open up another tab where you can see that post!
